I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The location was great, with two subway stations just a short walk away. I found it very convenient to get around the city, especially with a metro line I frequently used. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Aminata at the reception. The rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. The breakfast in the well-put-together hall was delicious, offering a good variety of choices. I felt the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay memorable.

Nothing to dislike.

As a group of friends, we loved the friendly staff, perfect English, and helpful French language lessons. The breakfast was delicious and the room was spotlessly clean. The hotel provided high-quality tea bags in a fabric bag. The customer service was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing. We also appreciated the great toiletries, soft towels, and quality toilet paper. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Eurostar train station and only a short distance to attractions like the Louvre.

the air conditioning in our room did not work properly, despite being switched to another room with a functioning AC that only worked part of the time.

The hotel has a great location, close to the metro and city center. It is conveniently situated between two metro stations, making it easy to travel around the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was in good condition. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with towels when there was a shortage. The free wifi in the room was also a nice bonus.

The hotel did not have soundproofed rooms, so there was some noise from neighboring rooms and nearby bars.
